Cleaning up and sealing the floor…

Harriet is standing in the doorway rollering her way out of the door.

Just a quick one.
Well it wasn’t that quick sweeping this much floor. Slow going so as not to raise too much dust.
I will need to seal the floor next, might be as boring as watching paint dry!

Harriet is sweeping a pile of dust. Behind her is a metal bin and a large hand shovel in front of a blue door.
Brooms should be pulled, not pushed, Sweep, sweep, sweep!

Now it has been swept clean I have started to seal the concrete floor.

Harriet using a paint roller on a long handle to varnish the floor near the wall.
It won’t matter too much if I varnish the skirting boards a bit…

With a big area like this it is easiest to just pour the sealer on the floor and roll it around.
Just need to work towards the door.

Harriet is in the middle of the workshop floor rollering varnish across it.
How much more floor is there?

And roller out through the door!

Well that took a while to do. 29, 30 square meters of floor. Makes my back ache just thinking about it.

Should be dry by tomorrow, so back then.

Aaaaaannnnddddd…. Done!
